To provide another chance for researchers to present their research papers in an international forum;
To present research at online professional meetings and symposiums and obtain feedback on the research from other experts in various fields;
To receive information on the changing nature of academic research from noted experts in research and education; and,
To identify and select the best papers for publication in one of the organization’s ISSN and international-refereed journals.

The 5th Global Research and Education Conference (5th GRAEC) has no CHED endorsement but its mother conference, the 4th GRAEC Bohol 2019 was recognized and endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in its Memorandum from the Chairperson dated March 15, 2019.
